I have an Ecoflow Delta 2 plugged into the rear 110v outlet but it doesn't charge the battery. This may be an Ecoflow question but figured aomeone here may have had a similar issue with a Ecoflow, Jackery, or another power generator.
Truck is running and the switch up front is pushed. I've tried both 100W and 400W. They light up but the battery won't draw to charge. I plugged a cell phone charging brick in the outlet and it will charge my cell.

Have you been able to check the wattage draw of the Delta 2 to ensure it is within the output of the outlet in drive.

I need to check the manual but I thought the output was 100 watt when driving.

Have you read the section in the owners manual? There are some weird caveats regarding the use of the AC outlet.

The OEM inverter is mostly useless.

As an aside, when the shift lever is in a position other than park or neutral, the outlet will put out 100 watts. The 12 volt outlet will put out 120 watts. (Edit: any combination of the three 12 v outlets will put out 120 watts.

The Delta should be able to throttle based on what it can pull. I've seen people put them on trickle chargers to prevent them from from fast charing all the time (when it's not necessary). I haven't tried it though. I just use solar when I want to change mine slowly.

The Ecoflow battery stations require a clean source of AC ( pure sine wave ) the the 4Runner AC outlet provides a modified sine wave signal which is not compatible with the Ecoflow.
I have ECOFLOW River 2 MAX and the same issue, you can charge it from the the 12V DC outlet next to the AC 400W.
Another solution that I have incorporated is to use an AC to DC inverter (120V AC to 24V DC), this provides for a faster charge rate than the 12volt DC outlet
