Okay, I bought a 2005 4runner. Had some problems when I bought it but did not know the extent! Almost 1k in exhaust repair. New windshield.

After the Exhaust work, they discovered the 02 sensor is missing on passenger side upstream.
I bought a new 02 sensor and went to install it only to find out the last one was broken off leaving the wire hanging and the screw in part of the sensor still in the port. Tried and failed to remove it using a 22MM socket. Any suggestions on how to remove this so I don't have to buy another catalytic converter just to have a 02 sensor port. Thanks, John

Lots with more in the works
With a warm exhaust, spray PBBlaster on what's left of the sensor and let it sit overnight. Then get it hot again and try removing it while it's hot, just be careful not to burn the crap outta yourself :p Might have to do that a few times. Also be sure to use an O2 sensor socket and not just a wrench, unless you use the closed end.

Thanks for the info. I will try with a good soaking of PB blaster. I was thinking a long breaker bar to help. Thanks.
