01 door lock problems

2001 4Runner Limited

So my driver's door lock cylinder is seized up so I took it apart what is this wire harness that connected to the lock cylinder? Whatever it is I broke it getting it off , is this part of the alarm system? Any way I noticed thaty outer door handle is also broken, ordered a replacement from eBay with the lock cylinder and electrical harness ,just have to get it keyed when I get it I guess, but if anyone can tell me what those wires on it are it might help . From what I've seen not all models have it
