Have a horrible clanking or chattering coming from rear end of vehicle. Started out just hitting bumps now it's continuous. Also when making sharp right turns onto streets there's a huge vibration andskipping. Reminds me of driving a pedal car when a kid and power sliding. Any ideas? I appreciate any and all input.

I changed some lights, tires and tinted windows...mind blowing huh
have you checked the fluid in the rear dif, and have you looked to make sure there is nothing obviously loose in the suspension? Maybe raise one rear at a time and check that it's turning freely and not binding?
