Hello from Florida! First post here with wife's new 2019 SR5P 4WD with 3rd row. Replaced her 2014 Rav4 and will keep my 2017 Tacoma Sport AC 4WD company. Already got the front windows ceramic tinted to match the rear factory tints and Seatsaver Carhartt gravel seat covers installed. Also ordered, Avid Off Road sliders, TRD Pro Wheels, TRD Skid Plate, Toyota All Weather Floor liners, and OEM LED Black Fog Lights. Took advantage of the Toyota 4th of July 30% off and free shipping promo. Will post pics as they get installed.

Nice … how long did it take to install the seat covers?

Thanks. Didn't take too long, less than an hour for the front and second row. The fronts went on pretty easy but the rears were a little more complicated.

Just installed this morning so wrinkles haven't smoothed out yet.

If it's not a hassle, I'd like to see a pic of the back of the front seats. I've been thinking about getting those same seat covers.

I'd like to see this too. I just installed these on my Tacoma and the rear of the front seats added a pocket to the back of the driver seat, stock only comes with one on passenger. Rear of rear seats are left open presumably so the plastic loading area when the seats are folded flat can still be used. Curious what the second row 4runner covers look like on the rear tho.. 20190629_130010.jpg 20190629_130000.jpg

I don't mind the vinyl in the 4Runner, but it's sticky and hot in the summer. The seat covers would be a nice addition, I think.

I've had them for two Florida summers in the Taco and they have been very comfortable. And they still look new.

Canvas is the best seat cover material. I have done the wet a'Hole's. They are a recipe for swamp ass. I have had my eye on the Carhartt s for a long time now. They are expensive but worth it, and other mods have taken the funds. Thanks for reminding me I have more money to spend. :D

Also a tip for autoanything. Start a customer service chat and just ask for a discount and theyll just give you one its sweet.

You get the mirror off by literally yanking it out. Adjust it all the way in or out so you can get fingers behind it. Then you forcefully (but controlled) tug at the mirror until the 4 pegs pop out of their mounting holes. They're kind of in a circular pattern on the back. Be careful, as there is a wire plugged into the back of the mirror for the heated mirror feature. You'll have to disconnect that and there's not much slack.

    After the mirror is off...
I don't remember the order, but there are a few tabs to pop out inside and then the actual top of the mirror housing pops off. Be careful with it. There are tabs that need to pop off and it kinda will feel like it's gonna crack. Can't recall If there are screws to remove in there somewhere.

And the side blinker will kinda be hanging at that point. That pops out too. Pretty much the whole thing gets disassembled to access the bulb sockets.

Be sure to get some bulb grease and add it to the bulb base/socket. When I did my install, the bulb and socket was wet. Likely from washing the truck. But as a precautionary measure, I'd grease it up in there real good.

It's not a difficult mod, but it's not really a fun one. I just kinda "felt" my way through it and got it done. I remember feeling like I was gonna crack something or break a tab on almost every step of the process. Take your time. Pay attention to plastic tab locations.

No...the ones on the bottom of the door are courtesy lights...the ones on the bottom of the mirror are puddle lights..so if you have an off-road I guess you don’t have them as previously posted by another member

The lights under the side mirrors. The Tacos don't have these from the factory.
