So I picked up some Fuel Shok wheels. They are 17x9 in size with a -12 offset. Do I need to get new lug nuts, and if so what do I need?

    Thanks in advance!

Yeah you probably need an ET tuner conical/acorn style lug nut. Check with where you are getting them installed if they have them. If not you'll have to order them. Just make sure you get long enough ones so you don't run into tightening issues. I think the size is 12x1.5....just make sure you don't buy the least expensive ones you can find especially if you get splines.

Perhaps not though...those look to have the flat mount that resemble stock.

Yeah you are gonna need new lugnuts, something like this maybe.
I’d talk to the folks installing them

It was a big surprise to me when I ordered my first aftermarket wheels. The bolts/lug nuts often need to be changed, but as far as I know shops usually include them for free, so there is a chance that the seller will send them free of charge.

Are you going to have Discount Tire install them? When I was considering aftermarket wheels they included the lugs in their quote for like $50. You just have to double check if they have black lugs in stock before you make your appointment.

If I remember correctly those are NOT the ones you want. The extra lip does not fit.

I believe these are the ones I got.

I seen 20 counts but not 24 counts, all the TOYOTA folks bought them all already

I seen everyone from tacomaworld and both t4r.com/.org use the extended ET versions on mostly all aftermarket wheels from scs, fn, level 8,
I guess the only way for OP to know is to have the shop try one on.

    Good call!

I ordered my wheels through discount tire, and got lugs for $40, i think.

When you make an appointment online I think they require you add their lugs to complete the order.
