Hey guys. So I just picked up a 2019 SR5 Prem last week and decided to install a new HU right away. Currently have Non-JBL w/Navi.

    Pioneer AVIC-W8500NEX
Maestro RR using TO2, SAT-TO2, and PAC USB-TY1 harnesses.

I’ve done installs since I was 16 and have never had issues... until now. It’s my first time to install a Maestro RR on any of my cars, so I thought simple plug and play. Well everything seems to work just fine except for when as soon as I plug in the Pioneer’s main connector, the unit turns on. I thought to just turn my key to ACC, ON, and then start the vehicle and back off, but it just stayed on(except when cranked. It shut off then back on). I believe I wired everything correctly. All the colors match. But for some reason the HU is just getting constant power and I can’t figure out why. I also got thrown a check engine and my A-TRAC off? So I’m not sure what’s going on here. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Did you program the maestro correctly? Might try reprogramming. I installed a Kenwood head unit with Maestro and Idatalink and it worked perfectly.

Might also double check that you don't have the memory wire and the ignition wires crossed up.

I think I found the issue. I had my brother check my wires for color. I ended up wiring the purple/white from the maestro to the unit’s blue/white and blue/white to the unit’s purple/white. Rookie mistake.
I’m color deficient so the shade of these colors threw me off. I’ll see if that was the issue(most likely was) later today.

Ok. So I called idatalink and ask if I had a remote start installed, I told them yes. The issue was there's a grey/red wire that connects from the car's obd-ii to the Maestro. But before I gets to the maestro, there's a resistor that's connected to the red accessory to connect to the radio's red. All I had to do was take the resistor out and make sure that the those the grey/red and red were no longer connected. Constant power to the radio is no longer an issue. Only issue now is there is no feed from the factory backup camera. I'm getting 6.5v, shouldn't this be 12v?
