It’s rhino lining. Had a local shop do it.

 

Hmm... all black roof rack. Dealer do that or is that the new finish for 2019? Looks a zillion times better than the silver.

 

I like trying to figure out personalized plates but I'm coming up short on yours.

RN = Registered Nurse? For. What's the rest? Breakfast Sub?

 

Disclaimer.... My wife ordered these and they frustrate even me.... I did not approve these plates!!! haha. That being said, It stands for "Run for Books and Sandy Beaches" I don't even like telling people what it means. haha. But that is why it is "MyWyfsRnnr" I suggested MEANWYF and my friend still has those plates he was willing to turn over to me but for some reason she wouldn't go for it.

 

Done by the dealership, Black does look muck better with the red paint

I had my alignment done after installing my 1.5” Daystar Rear coil soacer. Everything is good within spec and all green. But then after I got home I saw the results it was done for 2010-2015 4Runner specs. I have a 2016 4R is it the same spec for alignment?

 

Speaking of personalized plates, mine finally showed up this past Friday.

They do specially in person. I was hesitant to pick them over black but the seller gave me good deal with KO2.

 

I used the same emblem on my Tacoma. I never knew what model it came off of but I like how solid it feels and the finish with the face of it slightly slanted. Now I'm thinking of transferring it over to my 4R.

 

Not much but I did add an AVS bug shield today. Install was easy, but there is a large gap between the shield and the hood. Sorry about the pic it’s been raining all day and I have a small garage.

This was my first choice however I wanted to protect my windshield as well so I went on thr latter picture. I have Mag Grey so it’s not noticeable on the space between the deflector and the hood.

 

Yeah I tried that one first and didn’t care for it. The gap doesn’t bother me, it was more of a FYI.

 

Looks like you need auto folding mirrors in that garage.

 

I’ve thought about it. I just need to watch the videos and see how hard it is.

 

Finished up my little wiring project today.
Mounted the breaker with industrial Velcro for now.


Ran the wire down the passenger side.


Designed it so I could pull the fuse block out to easily hook things up...more Velcro

Put some new Goodyear Wranglers on today upgraded to a 275/55/20. Fit great and no rub and cant beat the price $113 a tires

 

Wanted to touch base on this question again... I was close to pulling the trigger on an OEM, but then someone from the 5th gen 4runner FB group strongly suggested one from Cartrimhome.com - so I pulled the trigger (on just the center piece with letters, since the upper from the other was good quality). It still took some careful placement to set the letters, but the quality is way better (night and day improvement).

 

Didn’t do anything today to my 4Runner but I did get this today
