Dirt.com,, DirtCom inc. trail swing

Do your homework before laying down that cc number. Week 11 on a 4 week ship date quote. Been told 4 times will ship that day or by the end of week. Gave me a worthless tracking number 2 weeks ago. Been told 3 times over several weeks that it just got back from powder coating. Dont know if they're going under but original face of company, AJ has bailed, no longer with company.. Web site showing 4 week ship time and still have people from early December waiting on order.

 

Thanks for the heads-up. I was looking at getting one. Will be looking at a different brand now. Seems like their product has also been dropped from a local retailer.

 

I actually got a message from UPS this morning saying they had my order. Dirt com got on Instagram yesterday afternoon and started replying to customers and giving updates but still giving lots of excuses also. Was blaming the delay on Ups this time, first time I heard that excuse, and trying to catch up from previous owner. I was just told so many different excuses over the last month from their new staff . I really hope they figure it out, I've seen a couple of their earlier swings and they are top quality and we definitely need more American companies making quality products. As of today I couldn't with a clean conscience recommend them. Hopefully they change my mind because like I said I believe they were the best option barring doing a full bumper with swing.
