Newbie 4Runner here

Good morning. After many years of owning Ram diesel trucks (it's a firefighter thing), I finally decided to downsize. I'm single and don't pull large trailers anymore. I started to do my due diligence on owning a four-wheel-drive SUV, and the 4-Runner met my reliability needs, so here I am with a new/used 2023 Runner. This past November, I moved to Meridian, Idaho, and noticed tons of 4Runners. I'm also very familiar with Forums, having been and still am a member of the Diesel forums. I try to do all my work on my vehicles, but with the move, I sold many of my tools to downsize in life. I guess the correct terminology these days is "Minimizing". So, greetings to all of you. I'm looking to meet other 4Runner owners in the area for weekend trips, coffee, road trips, or any type of social event. I'd also like to learn more about what any of you have done related to upgrades. It's nice to meet you. Have a great day and a start of the new week.

Welcome and congrats on the purchase. As for upgrades, usually people start with a leveling kit and bigger tires. Then its just downhill from there, I had a post two years ago where I said my build was finally complete. I laugh now because it truly is never ending with upgrades to the 4R
