That's what I was told. Probably just more road noise. I agree, I wasn't turned off by it at all.

They are fine. There are a TON of folks who runs these without issue for thousands of miles, myself included.
I do wheel my 4Runner too and not a single issue so far. Also, they are whisper quiet, have a ton of adjustability to get your alignment well within factory spec and maintenance is a few shots of grease every 5K miles.

Yes I would however in part that's what bump stops are for. Truth be told though, I don't wheel it. I'm 6'2" and having it higher is just more comfortable. Plus it looks much better lol.

Looks like you have the same RCI skids as I do. Have you done an oil change since installing them yet? If not, don't believe the hype. Remove the skid because you're going to have to either way. Did my first oil change after installing them about 6 months ago. Made a huge mess, definitely don't work as advertised. They are nice skids though!

    I do have RCI skids.
I never once thought I'd be nimble enough to navigate through the hatch.
    Fuck man..that's a mess.
I remove the skid plate each oil change.

It wasn't the filter that made the mess, that part was definitely made easier. That was because the hole for the drain plug is really not in the correct place. Yeah, i'll just remove the skid plate moving forward lol.

    Very nice!

Today I did some HUGE mods....traded out the white door led's for blue colored and traded out the red led's I had in the map lights for green.

I run RCI skids, but I also installed a Fumoto Oil Valve, so I don't have a drain plug to pull and never remove the skid plate for my oil filter R2. Other than some residual from lowering the filter bowl, it's a clean process...

The whole reason I installed these was because the alignment tech couldn’t get within specs due to the 3” lift. I didn’t figure ToyTec would promote an inferior product.....thx for your feedback.

Any Pics of the blue lights in the doors? I have red Philips 194's in my doors- to try to keep bugs away in summer time.

One thing I've never liked about the tall farings is if you have long stuff to haul, you have to put it at an angle over the faring. With the shorter one that wouldn't be a problem. 10' long lumber, for example.

Both farings sit flush with the cross bars. The correct one for my application just moves closer down to the roofline. There is about a 3" gap at the bottom of this one.

Is there a option for mounting a lightbar around the fairing?

Light bar in front of the faring? Not sure why you would need the faring. It wouldn't be doing anything. However, I'm sure you could make a bracket to mount the bar in front of the faring.

Still on the lift. I just need to throw the tires on and make some rough adjustments before I bring it to the alignment shop on monday

Eibach Pro Sport leveling shocks, Firestone airbags, and Baja Design fog lights...
Just order a set of 4 Eibach leveling shocks that I am going to use with my stock coils at the .85 setting. Hopefully all the people I spoke to who said the Eibach have better valving than the 5100's are correct! We shall see...and I was able to score a wicked price match at Autoanything which is a great place to do business with.
