SOCAL shop to put on a bumper

Hi live in Orange County California and am interested in getting a full bumper put on. Was interested in the 80%off road rear bash bar/tire carrier but wanted to see what local shops I had to me that I could go to to get it done.

 

You do know that whichever shop you choose, it's going to need to be one that is a welding/fabrication shop?

I have the 80% kit and would rule out many off road shops for install. As mentioned look for a great welder/fabricator. Might find this at an off road shop or not.

 

I think the 80% kit is a great idea for a person the has welding skills and wants to save some money. I'm considering one, but in my case it's finding the time. If you don't have those necessary skills, you might as well just install a pre-fab bumper. It's going to cost the same, maybe less.

 

The challenge is finding a bolt on bumper that doesn't require cutting cross member or losing receiver hitch. From my research thus is where the 80% is unique adding protection and still keeping the factory lines. Adding a ton of weight also with other steel bolt on options.

How far are you from 80%'s shop? If I were you I'd just take the rig there and let them weld it up!

I have their bash bar as well. I dig it.
