    Hello all,

Apologies if this has already been answered but couldn’t find an answer esp since the KO3’s came out.

I have a 2019 4Runner trd pro with its original Nitto Terra Grapplers. They are ready to be changed. I go off-roading frequently in the California desert at 12 psi. Mostly hard sand, often big rocks.

    two questions:
-if money is not a concern, should my next tires be KO3s?
-The standard tire size (as it came from Toyota) is 265. Would you recommend increasing to 275 or 285, and why?

    Thanks a bunch in advance,
    Ari

Yes, but also no. Unless it's maybe, in which case it's definitely the way to go.

Welcome aboard. Spend a little time reading reviews and responses on any of the tire threads and I think you'll find tires are probably the most subjective thing we put on our rigs.

Yes, go with the KO3 because it seems you want them.

Go with the 285/70 because it looks cooler than 265
