3/1.5 ToyTec Leveling kit, TRD Pro front/rear valances, CBI rock sliders (on order), BFG All Terrain TA KO 285/70/17, 40% windshield tint, 35% side window tint, ceramic coated exterior, spydertrax spacers, Adjustable UCA’s, Throttle Command, blue LED interior lights, S&B CAI, emblem blackout kit
I installed the ToyTec 3/1.5 leveling kit on my 2019 TRD Off Road last weekend. (500 miles on it). Easy install if you have a proper spring compressor. I upgraded tires from the factory 265/70 to 285/70 yesterday, and today I scheduled a 4 wheel alignment. The alignment tech was unable to get enough caster adjustment due to the “lift”, so I left with the best he could do. What I found was a hard pull to the right, and tire rub on one side on hard turns. I called ToyTec to run this by them and he recommended adjustable control arms. I went ahead and ordered them and will install and have realigned. I would have ordered them up front had I known it could have been an issue. Just thought I’d save the next guy some trouble by posting this. By the way, the new control arms will also allow me to adjust for the tire runs on the mud flaps.

With a 3” lift it is usually recommended to upgrade your UCAs. As for the rub you may need a body mount chop and/or do the fender liner mod

    3" ToyTec lift,
I put the 3" lift with the Bilstein 5100's from ToyTec on my 2018 TRD ORP and was able to get it aligned fine. Unless my alignment guy is blowing smoke at me. I don't have the bigger tire like the OP though.

Sometimes you may not need new UCAs but most of the time people will.

ToyTec UCA’s will be here Friday. I’ll throw them on this weekend and get it realligned Saturday or Monday. Hopefully no body mount chop, but if it’s got to be done I guess that’s next!

Predator Steps Toytech Leveling Kit BFG KO2
I did the same leveling kit but was told to run a 275/70/17 to avoid any major rubbing or alignment issues. I did have to do the fender liner mod and also remove the mud flaps on the front. Running BFG KO2. Only had slight rubbing while in reverse at full lock. After mod and mud flap removal everything has been great. Only complaint is that the ride is very stiff compared to stock.

Did you install the E rated or C rated tires? I don’t notice a dinstinct difference with the 285 c rated I installed.
