Yea thanks! He's a little anxious when I'm not around. He's a fireball of energy and the smartest Brittany I've had. Good luck with yours! Not sure how close to Bowling Green KY you are but my breeder has a litter due in April.

 

I live in Washington state but work for an airline so flying isn’t too big of a deal. I’ll keep that in mind as we are wanting to get a pooch in the next few months!

 

Drove the SR5P taking the Mrs to get groceries......came home and changed the oil, filter and greased the shafts!

issues to note:
•existing UCA balljoints already have some play and they we replaced once
•one seized LCA cam but it’s in neutral position that won’t hinder alignment spec
•two aging LCA bushings cracking








getting these suckers installed next week:

 

Took a drive after filling up at Costco, driving conservatively.

 

Swapped out Alpharex MK2 Nova in alpha black to Morimoto XB Evo. Personally I like the look of the Alpha but I didn’t like the beam pattern. Alpha on the left and Morimoto on the right.

I still don’t have a high beam on the driver side so it’s a truck issue.

why did the inspection shop check to see if your lca cam bolt could move/rotate?

good question.
in order to offer new gen UCA’s at cost w/ free installation & alignment, the two trucks selected for the promo must be in good state of repair, with the ability to easily achieve a proper alignment.
It’s their due diligence to make sure they can collect the best data possible for this project, as they will periodically inspect my new SPC’s and I am to regularly test the performance off-road.

Drove by the local Toyota store after church for a quick look-see.
Three Land Cruisers, no 6th gen 4Runners, a pile of Tacomas, and a 2023 T4R TRD Pro.

"Discounted" price on that Pro is $62,989.

 

I paid $49k last June for my 23 Pro. Nice looking OR, love the Underground.

 

I've noticed that too. Tacoma's are piling up on dealer lots. Why is that?

 

Same thing is going to happen with the new 4runner. No one wants that 4cylinder and it’s going to cost you alot more for that new redesign. All the Toyota dealers around me have so many Tacomas,

 

Are the new Tacomas sitting at the dealers going for a lower price than their initial asking?

 

If I remember correctly from posts on Tacomaworld, they have a stop sale on the new taco for certain trim level/ tire size, something to do with the brake lines? Don’t own a 4g, so just gave it a cursory glance. If anyone really wants the info I can go dig for it later.

In 2000 I purchased a fully loaded SR5 4runner which included a sunroof for $28000, the sticker was $32,588. In 2016 I purchased a new Tacoma Trd OR ,sticker price was $39, 870, I paid $35,280. That same optioned truck is now over $56k. I priced a new 4runner Trd Pro equipped exactly like me 2023, it comes out to just under $70k, an increase of about $14k.
