One issue after another this morning.

Went to leave home and the blower motor wasnt working, opened up panel under passenger side dash and gave the motor a punch and away it went. First issue fixed lol

After slightly getting stuck leaving the driveway I realize my 4lo light is blinking(vehicle is in 4Hi as far as the dial indicated and I would have assumed) flipped switch to 4lo and light went solid(offically in 4lo) tried to switch back and it blinks and vehicle beeps at me, and I can tell its offically stuck in 4lo based on how it drives..
I pulled back into the driveway. Disconnected the battery for probably 45mins, rechecked and no difference..

I guess there wont be a grocery trip today.

I did a search and didnt come up with much. I try to switch to 4lo once a month or so to attempt to prevent such an issue as this.

    Any ideas fellas?

For clarification what model? Is it a full time 4WD limited? Or with part time 4WD like a SR5?

If it was mine, id probably remove the t-case actuator and see if you can shift the forks by hand to get it back in to high range

Try cleaning up the contacts on the actuator and on the vehicle harness while you have it off. It could be a bad connection

Remember, exercise it once a month...super annoying but you need it to work when you need it...a juice worth squeezing! I'm glad you got it to function!

Ive been doing this and it has always switchee back and forth(for the 6 months ive owned it), perhaps the previous owner never did though.. will see how it fairs out now, ever hear of anyone spraying some dry lube or anything in there to keep moisture out and things from seizing?

I have heard of folks disassembling the actuator and reassembling with new marine grease/dielectric and it fairing well...if moisture can get in there, dry lube can cause worse-case problems, too...those of whom have done the regreasing had a bunch of surface rust and corrosion on they electrical contacts et Al...

Mine is 4th Gen part time 4wd limited edition trying to get it back to 2wd. It got stuck in 4low after a diagnostic test when he unplugged the tester. My dash also went crazy with lights
