Hey folks. Looking to get some opinion on whether this movement I'm seeing in my LCAs are normal.

Context: I was aiming my headlights and while lining up the front wheel with my tape measurements, I noticed the wheel would "bind" and spring back to straight when braking, and letting go at crawl speeds.

Initially thought maybe tie rod, but stuck my Insta360 on the body mount and took a video from the back POV (facing forwards).

Immediately noticed the rear LCA mount has some lateral movement that builds up when braking. Took a look at both driver and passenger side, driver side seems to be much more movement than passenger side.

The movement is worse when braking, and especially on a steep parking ramp (towards end of videos) it almost looks like my entire shock assembly is being pulled backwards.

Truck has 46k miles, 2nd owner, currently under CPO comprehensive warranty (already had the front shocks replaced due to sounds similar to ones described by pre 2021 Pro Fox shock TSB). The truck only has 285s on it right now, no other suspension mods (I first noticed the wheel bind on stock 265 tires)

I've included timestamps to where you can spot it the most:

    Driver-side video: https://youtu.be/nANAEO8-w9Y
00:21, 1:26, 1:52, 2:34, 3:03, 3:31, 3:45, 4:31 (this was braking down slope into my parking garage, had to back up since my plate didn't recognized at first)

    Passenger-side video: https://youtu.be/xH4lvBJtYQA
1:12, 1:30, 1:59, 2:20, 2:45, 3:37 (my flashlight fell, but the contrast makes the movement even more noticeable)

I think the 4runner LCAs are very cushy and move around, but that movement/binding looks like the bushings are torn. When the LCA bolts are tightened, it should be done with weight on wheels. If the bolts are tightened when the wheels are in the air, they will tear.

Hopefully the dealership doesn't give me a hard time saying it's normal wear and tear... Gonna get a trusted third-party opinion first from a local shop.
