    The plastic top trim that's missing isn't represented in the diagram, looks like part#72996A is a hardware part that connects to it? Ill head over to a dealer parts counter, hope they can help. I may be better off finding a pick-a-part in my area

    Oooh look, another mod.....
    Yeah, a junk yard is your best bet. Go to one that specializes in Toyota's. They'll have a bigger selection and you can spend less time searching the vast area of a junk yard.

    Hi,
    I have a 2018 SR5 Premium that had a broken lever mechanism and ordered this part from Amazon..worked like a charm...don't know if this is what you want or if it'll fit your vehicle but worth a try.
