What a piss poor driver. Not only was the surface covered in snow, the turn has a tremendous amount of negative elevation.

If you watch more of this channel, you'll see one with a guy on a motorcycle with a sidecar. I couldn't stop laughing!

Have you ever ridden a motorcycle with a sidecar. It's quite an experience. I had a friend who owned a rigid frame pan head and he picked up a sidecar for it. He let me me ride it wish I considered to be an honor. When you accelerate the motorcycle tries to ride around the sidecar. When you stop sidecar tries to go around the motorcycle.

About 50 years ago i raced motorcycles on ice, including riding in a homemade sidecar. Lots of fun. There were straw bales around the curves and they got used a lot, lol. It’s a sport in the snow belt states, at least it was.

Just had the local ice races.. 2 weekends in a row! I used to race on ice also, till I broke a leg. Still enjoy watching. Like RUNNER4DAN said about the side car 'dancing' during stopping and accelerating... I knew there was a catch!

    Mall crawling kit.
This type of crash - 4 wheel slide - is a visual reminder as to why you need winter tires if you going to drive in the winter conditions. Also, once you find yourself in a slide like that, let go of brakes and steer at least you will get to choose where you going to crash instead of just move in a straight line.

Also, I think that clip was sped up and with the fake sound track added.for clicks.

    Scary hard hit.

This is a little more fun. Didn't relies what kind of truck it was at first, then it made sense.

Have you ever seen how the Eastern Europeans do it. One lung 500 4 strokes with spikes in the tires that are about 2 in long
They sharpen the points with a Dremel tool. There are no fenders just makeshift guards around the perimeter or the tires/spiked and they strap sections of tire casing over their left side in case they get into those spikes on the turns.

    No haven't seen them.

We used sheet metal screws on a wrecked and insurance bought back 70’s yamaha 650 and a 380 Suzuki that needed rebuilding. My friends dad had a job at and access to a Triumph and Norton motorcycle shop where we hung out and plotted adventures.

Looks like the Europeans have become a bit more "civilized". The now have fenders under the guards.

0.52 gives a good look at the spikes.
