    Mine with their removable plastic fitting for 3/8 tubing. Wasn’t sure if the long nipple would fit.

    Not on mine. I have the short ones in the taco and the 4R. The short ones makes it a bit difficult to attach a hose or the other pieces shown above. That's all.

    Do you use one of the white plastic pieces (either the straight one or the 90* one) that snap on to the short nipple and that the hose attaches to, or do you just attach the hose directly on the short nipple?
