    Part number TS0081, use their website to verify fitment, but I believe it should fit all fifth gens with a basic rearview mirror. Only selling it because I sold the truck, it's a really nice piece of equipment. As a testimony, I put these in all our vehicles and I'm shipping this out in the box of the new sunshade that just arrived for my new truck. $30 shipped to the lower 48. Will ship elsewhere for the additional cost of shipping.
