22 Front Passenger Wheel Bearing Warranty

Good day! I need a new passenger wheel bearing. Anyone know if that is a covered part under the 7/100,000 certified used warranty? Also, would having the leveling kit cause it to go bad? I do have 72,000 miles on it

^It's normally covered by the 5yr/60k powertrain warranty. Read your CPO warranty booklet to see if it's covered.

Lift kit doesn't affect the wheel bearing. However, larger tires and lower offset wheels wheels do shorten bearing life. Off-roading shortens bearing life exponentially. The hardcore wheelers on 37" tires replace wheel bearings every second oil change. Gotta pay to play.

 

Documentation on the warranty you have should list out everything that’s covered. That is the best way to know for sure, for your specific situation. (especially since “certified” isn’t a standard term and it could be Toyota CPO, or just by a dealer + third party company)
