Over $9,000 for this car, which even if it had a flawless Carfax would be kinda high in my opinion; 103K miles is low for a 2012, but the Carfax report says the car has been in two fender benders, and it was sold new in New York so the underside probably doesn’t look that great…

 

What’s weird is that it’s a 2012 with a manufacture date of October 2012…

 

2013 Scion XB with just shy of 190K miles…

I thought that “LIBERTY” was the name of a dealership where it was originally sold, but the logo appears to be from a Jeep Liberty…

 

Needs a good detailing, but otherwise not in horrible shape for being 12 years old and having almost 200K miles!

 

Yet another find on the wholesale lot at CarShop; 2005 Highlander that appears to be in decent condition aside from a dent in the back bumper, but hasn’t been inspected in over a decade. The inspection stickers expired in October 2024, which means that the vehicle was last inspected sometime in 2013; I’m guessing it just sat for years and/or was left to a family member after the previous owner died, and they decided it trade it in…

I started the job at Enterprise yesterday, and today I drove a rental Corolla (I believe a 2024); I was shocked to see that it doesn’t have variable intermittent wipers!

 

2013 Scion XB; I like the first generation of this car better, but I will always have a soft spot for the Scion XB. Some people love them, and some people hate them, but I like them; I snapped pictures of this one in the parking lot at the Lehigh Pet Expo, thinking that I may have taken pictures of it at this same venue at some point, and it turns out that I did when I was at the pet expo two years ago...

Beautiful car with low miles, but...

 

So, even in good condition, this red Solara is worth less than four grand…

 

They also had a 2008 SLE on the lot, albeit an automatic, at half the price; I’m guessing it has higher miles. I had previously thought that the black one was a 4-banger due to the lack of a “V6” badge on the back, but a visit to the dealer's website confirmed that it was a V6, and showed that it has over 155K miles...
