I was in the process of installing a 2 inch spacer on the front of my 2014 forerunner but the bolt holes were not lining up on the top of the strut tower but when I twisted the strut tower 180° it would line up And the bottom of the shock would fit. I thought I could just un loosen the nut holding the x-rays line and turn it to route the line with less binding. As soon as I un loosen the x-rays nut it leaked a little bit and I quickly closed it back. I know the system is not serviceable, but is there a way to add fluid back or do I not need to worry about it?

Just my opinion, but I'd just keep loosening bolts until the Xreas was completely removed and replace it with something else. YMMV.

Hey, that's my mantra! It doesn't work, however.

No way to add fluid. However, the fluid is under pressure, so you likely didn't introduce air into the system. Just drive it as usual until the XREAS shocks crap out. Being 11 years old they are on borrowed time anyway.

As long as it's tight and not leaking, don't worry about it.

So now I have ABS and traction control warning lights on. At one point the lower control arm was supported by the ABS lines until I noticed that and disconnected it. Any ideas how to clear the ABS and traction control lights now that it’s all back together? Everything else seems good.

You probably pulled a wire out of the connector. More than likely you'll need to repair/replace.

Visually examine the ABS wires for damage. If the wire is damaged, replacement it with one for the applicable corner: https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...onnector,abs+wheel+speed+sensor+connector,762

If the sensor itself is damaged at the connector, replace the sensor: https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog...brake+&+wheel+hub,abs+wheel+speed+sensor,1912 This one can turn into a whole-day job if the sensor is rust seized and breaks off in the knuckle.
