Wanted to add more info and photos. Got this dashcam for Xmas. I think it was a Black Friday special for $100. It's a NextBase 320XR. From the driver's view, can't really see the dashcam behind the mirror. It doesn't have GPS or Wi-Fi, but the SD Card is easily accessible. It has a strong magnetic base to detach the camera to review footage or adjust settings. Also has a parking mode in case anyone hits the vehicle while parked. I bought this adapter to power it from the mirror. I'm going to wait for a warmer day to install the rear camera.

Following for the rear camera. I just put the Dongar 7 pin type B adapter in my 2019. Wanting to run the rear camera up through the headliner if possible.

Added the rear seat back protectors on.

Was going to apply the screen protector over the stereo but fit was wrong. Back to research to see which one fits well.

ARB skid plates? Mine does the same in just reverse. You’ll need to add a spacer in the rear where there’s contact with the exhaust.

Couldn’t stand the rattle of the Safe Jack extensions in the metal ammo case any longer. The bottle jack was slowly leaking oil as well - it has to lay on its side to fit in the provided ammo box. So I repurposed a pelican ammo box and some of their Pick and Pluck foam. Now the jack sits upright, and it’s silent! The pelican case does take up ~50% more space though.

Do it! You’ll be surprised how much that extra clearance and some armor under the bumper helps.

I've just been staring at mine all weekend, wondering why its so lame and I wont spend any money on it. I dont want a 10in lift and low-pro 20s, but a week in HI has me questioning all my decisions

In 25+ years of having 4lo I dont think I've used it more than an hour
It missed me by a couple counties. Interesting mod though. Never crossed my mind

I might hit you up for more details. I've been wanting to do this for some time on my 2019 also.

So what’s the consensus on adding 400 constant pounds to my SR5. Need some suspension upgrades, or I’ll be fine. Roof load and drawer unit in back, I don’t “off-road “ , back roads and camping.

Finish the mods - then see how it sits. I would say you’ll need some rear springs, but those are fairly cheap and easy to swap.

Or … get the Eibach load leveling kit and simply adjust your ride height as the build evolves.

I took mine to Walmart to buy beer and then the Dollar Tree to pick up munchies and plastic shot glasses.
    Going camping.

Drove my truck to work today. It’s not my daily driver and it has low miles.

    666 miles today.

I drove the 4R in to town for breakfast and get a replacement propane tank (Blue Rhino).
Also to the Motor Vehicle Dept. for new plates for the 4R and a permanent plate for one of my Jeeps.
And stopped by our local Car Quest, going out of business sale for some oil, wipers and a few other things.
