So, I have a Subaru brat body on a 2nd Gen 4Runner frame.

I already have 99% of the wiring harness stripped down to what it needs to start and run. Now I'm paring down the fuse boxes and relay boxes to what I need and I've come to a part that doesn't seem to have information available that I can wrap my head around.

I tried pulling the box apart and tracing the lines but it's just made my brain hurt. Primarily I need help in figuring out if I even need the relay integration or if I can just pull out the fuses needed and put them into a smaller aftermarket fuse box.

The plugs below are what I have left, I'm like 90% sure I need all of the wires connected but would like some help figuring out if I absolutely need the ones still attached at the plugs.

I appreciate any and all help preventing me from slamming my head into a wall in advance.
