4th Gen 4Runner 4x4 lights flash. Everything works.

    2004 4Runner Limited 4x4
    Hi guys, I have a 2004 and recently started experiencing issues with getting my 4x4 to engage. When you would go to try, all the lights would flash and nothing was happening. Eventually all the lights started to flash at all times. I narrowed it down to the front diff actuator which has now been replaced. Everything works as it should but the lights are still flashing while in 2wd. The lights stop flashing when 4x4 is engaged. Let me know if anyone has experienced something similar.
