I've noticed that I have a leak in the cargo area of my 4runner. It comes a tiny seam just above the little cubby on the right side (picture below). The amount of water that gets through is pretty minimal even when it rains super hard. Regardless, it's just such an odd spot to have water leaking from. Wondering if anyone else has had this problem or know what might be causing it.

Might be leaking through roof rack mounting holes? Have aftermarket roof rack?

Hatch weatherstripping looks to be in order? History of that window be replaced?

As far as i know the window hasn't been replaced and the weather stripping looks fine. I don't have an aftermarket roof rack. Did some digging and found that it might be the sun roof drains being clogged. That makes some sense, but I'll have to see if that's actually the case

Anyone who posts about an interior water leak would be wise to mention whether a moon roof is present or not. Generally seems to be the culprit.
