    Anyone familiar with this topic?

Im trying to activate my services through the app and it’s instructing me to interact with the vehicle but some of the menu options are not available.

    I bought my 4Runner used.

    Oooh look, another mod.....
Don't do it. The app is utterly useless, plus it collects data from you that it later gives to Toyota who end up selling it to advertisers & insurance brokers (and we wonder why our rates all went up!)

Go sit in the truck, turn on the radio and it will walk you through the set up. I really like the connected services, it will let you know if a window is open, you can lock/unlock and start it. Keep track of service, make service appointments and put in your own data. I keep track of my tire rotations. I used a Carista to tweet some of the settings, I can roll them windows down with the remote, turned off the seatbelt chimes and changed a few other things.
