    I've finally bought my dream vehicle. 4Runner TRD Pro.

    I fell in love with the 4Runner when my uncle purchased one in 1995. I was going to buy it from him when he upgraded to a new 2005, but it was totaled after an accident.

    Now, I pulled the trigger since we needed another car since my youngest started driving.

    Looking forward to engaging with the community to share my plans for personalizing my rig and tips on future maintenance tips.

    Congratulations and welcome.

    I generally see people do 10000 miles oil changes with no clue. My tip is follow the warranty and service manual. Do services as the manual based on your use case not limited to just oil changes and tire rotations.

    If you are going to dealership/ Toyota specialized independent shop, do checks as much as you can. Simple things like is there new oil? (Have seen cases where tech forgot to add oil.), personally faced issues dealership not changing oil, not doing tire rotation, not tighten skid plate bolts.
