2022 Toyota 4Runner damaged wheel well trim and bumper repair?

My son-in law misjudged a railing during a U Turn and scraped the front driver's wheel well moulding and front bumper (photos). The damage is limited to the plastic trim and plastic bumper with no metal bodywork.
Can a plastic filler be used on the bumper and then then purchase a new plastic trim followed by paint? I priced the trim and Toyota OEM is $156.02. Can the trim be purchased painted or do you paint with the bumper?

Any thoughts on what a body shop would charge? I know it's difficult to estimate just looking for a ballpark.

Anything you buy new will need to be painted. I would go on car-part.com and try to find a donor truck in the same color. Or bite the bullet and have a body shop fix it. That's probably $500 + in damage.
