I have one that might be good the only thing is it doesn't have the factory e-locker. Is it still good and is it worth it to do a third part locker install?

E locker upgrade is worth it, but if you are going bigger than 33s, you'll want to re-gear, so you might as well put in a manual or air locker at that point. An E-locker only works with the 4.30 gears from what I remember.
