here is my paperwork for a 25 4R Platinum HV allocation reserve request submitted with guarantee invoice price.

sorry for the poor quality print outs from the dealer.

please note areas are removed of dealer/regional info.

    only options are :

    automatic running boards
    mudguards
    lighted front badge
    paint protection film
    all weather floor mats
    heritage blue

this is the same process i did with our 23 tundra platinum non-hv and previous vehicles. you can see the whole process on the tundra forum for the 23 tundra

any consolation, here is my sale paperwork from my tundra along with the window sticker pricing, it will be the same for the 4runner i buy from them. btw my dealer will not sell to anyone outside a 100 mile radius with a valid ND residence. no idea why, but i suspect to keep service dept employed.

the invoice price of our 23 tundra was total selling price line in the paperwork

I would personally advise against the paint protection film from the factory/port and get Xpel installed instead. Just my $.02

have it on my 14 4runner, no issue after 11 years of the oem one installed. granted its thicker than normal PPF but i am ok with how it has held up. doesnt help i havent done squat to it in 11 years when i should have done some basic care to the trailing edge where a line of dirt has accumulated and not removed it.

but meh, at my age i dont care, its done its job protecting from rock chips.

Hood (about 6-9 inches from leading edge), Fenders (forward facing from the hood PPF), Mirror Backs and Door Cups (this is a must if you have females with any length nails)

granted my 14 PPF is a lot less than the new PPF coverage. they added the door cups and mirror caps. god send with the wife's tundra with her nails.

here is what my 14 4R looks like after 11 years (this vehicle sits outside in the sun at work from 6am to 5pm)

just note it has not yellowed in 11 years, but do note its dirty and will be until spring. cant really wash it in ND during our cold winters, door locks freeze and the temp diff between car wash water and outside air is not a good idea especially with glass temp differentials

There’s no way I’m financing $28k unless it’s a zero interest rate loan. But that’s just me.

Yeah, 28k at 7-10% is still a whopper of a payment on 36-48 months between 700-900 a month. I guess one could stretch it out to 60 months but then one ends up paying close to 7k in interest alone. Ouch.

I gave up trying to give people financial advice because people look at me like I'm trying to poison their dog when I say they should consider a lightly used Corolla or Camry for a personal vehicle that's used mostly for commuting and carrying the family.

We recently sold a domestic brand vehicle that we are just not using enough, and we did the math that from the sum we sold it for which is about the price of a 2-3 year old used 4Runner, the cash flow difference between keeping it(we held the title with no liens), count the cost of registration, insurance, etc and just putting the money in CDs came out to 400 dollars a month in cash flow difference. It's crazy how depreciating assets eat away one's wealth, before we even add the loan payments.

A few of us on the forum have purchased from this small little town dealer. They are really the most honest group I have ever purchased from.
