    Too many mods and too much money
    No doubt, but there are plenty of hopped up mall crawlers that are dressed out for about the same budget. The Sherpa guys built this one out of a salvage truck and did most of the fab work themselves (cage, suspension, exhaust, fuel tank). Once they got exposure at their first King of the Hammers, they had no problem getting sponsors. Imo, one of the few good benefits of sm is exposure for fledgling businesses and race teams.
