I was researching adding an additional wheel set to my 23 ORP. I landed on a couple of threads linked below that assisted with my search. I eventually found that the Denso 550-0118 is the exact part installed in my original wheels. There were no pictures of this particular Denso sensor that I could locate, so I ordered a set from Rock Auto at $34.79 each. The sensor from Toyota OEM suppliers is around $70 each.

I can confirm that adding these through the "Change Wheel Set" function detailed in the owners manual worked flawlessly, and I was able to read the new sensor pressure, and turn off the light on the dash in 2 miles of driving.

Hopefully this helps others that would like to add additional sensors to their 4Runners.

I am about to pull the trigger on a set of TPMS sensors, as racinjason did, on my 24 Limited, to go into a set of new 17"wheels. Just wondering if anyone had any problems with the Denso 550-0118 TPMS sensors, vs the Toyota version.
