Gonna be picking up a new head unit with apple carplay for my Christmas present to myself, haha. Heard a lot of debate between these two units - either the T10 or Dasaita for my 2010 SR5. Who has which ones and wants to argue with each other as to why theirs is better so I can figure out which one to buy?!

From what I have read daisata is the reject from cartrimhome ?

I bought a jvc but not impressed after 1 year, starting to have issues with it (rear cam not linking up intermittently, unit randomly restarts)

Get a head unit from 2020+ 4runner. Retrofit it using the harness from auto harness.
These Chinese units are a hit or miss.

I’d go name brand aftermarket but that’s me.

I've been heavily into the youtube for a car trim home head unit however between the main person video - he is very aggressive in blaming issues on his customers being dumb and also a lot of the comments is people having issues

Headlights, tail lights, Rago roof rack, Dasaita head unit, side steps, tires.
I've had the Dasaita for around two years now.....Just use Apple Car Play (wireless). It "glitches" about once per week in the handshake - won't connect to phone.
I shut down and start up again and it connects. It looks OEM, has a large screen, and I can use Google maps or Apple. Works for me....
