Not me. If both of the seats are not working, then it is probably the fuse.

By the way, welcome to the forum!!

    Oooh look, another mod.....
Not me! I actually had mine turned on this morning, because the temps in North Texas dipped into the low 40's/upper 30's. They kept my booty warm the entire ride to work.

Thanks. Took it to the Dealership today and they said they work fine.. lol I Called them the day I drove it home and told them the seats barely got warm. That was in April 2023 when I bought it new. I took it twice and they refuse to acknowledge an issue with them. I have had heated seats before in other vehicles and never had this problem. My husband bought his 4 runner at the same dealership, 6 weeks before I bought mine and his are hot, not lukewarm like mine.

    Try this:

Start your 4Runner and let it run. Turn on both seat heaters. Right next to the seat heater dials, there should be a yellowish LED that lights up when the seat heaters are on. Do you have the LEDS on?

Next, open the door and exit the truck. With your hand, feel the lower seat back and the bottom rear of the seat where your tush sits and see if both are getting warm.

If the LEDS are on, but you don't have heat then either the seats are disconnected underneath or possibly the heating elements are burned out.

I left it running about 20 minutes while i went back in to the dealership to complain that ther is still an issue with them. I said my car has been sitting out there running with the seat warmers on for 2o minutes and they are not even warm! The idiot guy in the back said they wont get warm unless I had my Butt in the seat! Serra Toyota in Decatur Alabama is awful!!
