The one in the center? I imagine you could stick a big one on top of it like what my friend did to her Fit.

As for the side mirrors, there are a number of options from RAV4 mirrors (with the spotter) and a couple other aftermarket options.

You can get just about any gentex mirror and swap it. You would have to tap for power though because the plug will more than likely not be the same.
