Hi - I just traded my 2016 SR5-P for a 2021 limited nightshade - the seat heaters are not nearly as warm as my old one. I thought they would be even warmer with a newer vehicle. Anyone have any insight with this? Wondering if it's normal for the heater/AC seats or if there could be a fix to bump up the heat. thanks!

I wonder if it could be due to the real leather seats?

I have had both softex and leather in my 2021 & 2022 4Runners. The limited W/leather is noticeably "cooler" or not as warm than the Softex

Same here in a 2021 Limited. Even the wife complains they don't get hot enough!

Ha. I think my '20 Limited seats get plenty warm. Really warm seat heaters feel like I wet my pants. What... just me?

    Leather blocks more heat.

I haven’t felt the seat toasty on mine. I’ve had it turned up for a 30 min drive and it didn’t get as hot as my Tacoma.
