    Welcome aboard!

    If you stick to a strict maintenance schedule for changing/flushing fluids, changing filters, rotating tires, etc.. you should easily hit 200k miles. But remember, nothing is bullet proof. Sometimes you can take meticulous care of a something and have something catastrophic happen.

    Congrats and welcome. Some would say the first maintenance item is to remove those predator steps, but to each his own. Enjoy your new rig!

    Nice score. You own one of the last ever made! There can’t be too many if them left.

    Welcome!

    I think a lot of people on here would say that the best way to get a 4Runner to 200k miles is to drive it there.

    Getting to 200k is easy. Getting there with any money left in your account is another matter entirely. Welcome and enjoy.

    You shouldn’t need to do much at all other than oil, brakes and air filters until after 100K. I’m just about to hit 115K on mine and will change the spark plugs, serpentine belt and the rest of the fluids soon.

    Can you define how to read the chart? Severe, normal, etc.

    Thanks

    Oooh look, another mod.....

    There is a map legend in the top left hand corner.

    * Change interval
    * Inspect/Change as needed
    * Severe interval

    They're color coded.

    I get that. But what does that mean? A Severe interval meaning that it should be done at that time or.. if you haven’t done it yet you should do it? It’s just kind of confusing to me. Thanks
