Any advice on choosing between a 2021 venture vs 2023 ORP?

Hi all, hoping to see if there is anything I'm missing here in terms of a good reason to spend more money on a newer version of an nearly identical car for $5k more on the price tag. It's between a 2021 venture and a 2023 ORP. They are very similar in mileage (~20k) and both have clean carfax and are well cared for/single owner. Is there any good reason to spend the extra 5k on the 2023 in terms of tech on the car? I believe there are some more safety systems on the 2023 and an updated infotainment screen/apple car play? Interested in any opinions. This seems like a real close race to me but is there anything I'm missing. Thanks for any help.

'23 ORP: heated steering wheel and resale value... also likely remaining factory warranty

The 2021 is pre-certified if that makes any difference in factoring value. I have no experience with a toyota cpo vehicle so not sure if that has any real worth.

I don't think 2021 has heated steering wheel and probably doesn't have front and side cameras, although I'm not sure. But 2023 ORP should have cameras and heated sheering wheel. Also I'm not sure if Venture has KDSS or not. Anyway I would go for 2023 - all seals and part wearing from time will last a little longer, but it's purely theoretical, I changed only one rusted out sensor in 11 years of ownership my previous 2010 SR5.

Get the one with the better looking color, in 23 you could get army green or lunar rock in 21 you were limited to the “regular” colors

Tried buying a lunar rock one but it got snapped up too quick. I have no idea if either of them have KDSS, tbh thought it was standard on the ORP but a quick google shows its optional. Would prefer to have it as everyone seems much happier having it in.

One-at-this-price stripper. Bought new 34 yrs ago, a $13K leftover. Added Detroit TruTrac, 1”rear spring spacer and “pinstripes”… Factory AC kit and roof rack bought at dealer cost at time of purchase, still blows ice cold 32yrs later. 2022 AG ORP all stock.
I think AG ended in 2022.

Other than the warranty, no sadly. They used to actually follow the list of items replaced-brakes, tires, etc.
