    2008 SR5 4wd v6. Dealership told me I need a new AC blower case. They’re asking $5500. I have found the part online for $600-$700. This feels like highway robbery.
    When I turn the car on, I hear this loud buzzing noise from behind the AC controls. It eventually goes away. Air is only blowing straight forward and the air Diverter is not changing to any other option.
    Has anyone else had this happen? Could there be a smaller part or assembly that could be fixed instead of the whole assembly?
    They told me blender door are binding .
