Does anyone have any experience with RC steel wheels? I like the look of this and thinking about getting a set to use for winter. I found many threads saying RC products in general aren’t very high quality but I was hoping these wheels aren’t too bad for my daily drive which is mainly on paved road, gravel once in a while when going to job site. Look forward to hearing your opinions.

Steel wheels are super heavy, and eventually start to rust. I ran a set on my old ZJ years ago and was very happy when I went back to alloy.

I'd look for a set of OEM takeoffs, like SR5 wheels.

I have an RC awning and couldn’t be happier. My buddy has RC armor underneath his tundra and those are great quality.

Heavy and will rust like mentioned above. You should be able to pick up a nice set of used OR wheels for around that price point.

I figured these would be a little heavier than alloys, but the web site says they weigh 48lbs. Wow. Don’t the OR alloys weigh something like 27lbs?
