The same Falken Wildpeak AT3, driver's side rear, has gotten a screw or nail three times in the 4 years since I got the tires from DT. Last time they fixed it they said if it happened again it would need to be replaced. Couple days ago the TPMS light went on, and the same blasted tire was losing air again, so back I went to DT yesterday. They would have and actually did replace it under the road hazard warranty, but don't sell the AT3 any more. I could've gotten two tires that didn't match the other two but said the heck with it, I'll get three more since they're replacing that one for free. New set of Wildpeak AT4s now residing under the 4R. I drove away poorer but glad to be back on the road with good tires again. Couple hours later that day I drove home, tire light on AGAIN! Same LR tire losing air! By morning it had -0- air pressure. I was pissed.

I have a tank compressor, so I filled it up and headed back to DT to be there when they opened. Met with the manager, who said they'd check everything out. Turns out that wheel's valve stem was leaking where it was seated, due to an o-ring or seal, or whatever they use to rebuild the TPMS, being left off. It was only a coincidence that it was the same location. It got fixed right away, so I was planning to head off to work. The manager apologized for all the trouble and having to make a return trip, then refunded the mounting and balancing charge from yesterday's installation of the other three tires. Nice gesture.

My wife and I have gone to them for years, and will gladly continue.

The other good news - they use Hunter road force balancers, so a trip on the interstate today revealed -0- vibrations...

I had the same experience with my Highlander with 19" tires a few years back - discontinued tire - they stepped up and replaced all 4. I have been going to Discount tire my entire life - many sets of tires - all with the warranty certs. They will patch a tire for you on any vehicle and rotate tires for free - even if not purchased there. I found that out on my wife's Ford Edge - same tire on L/R - 2 screws on different dates - can only be repaired twice per discount tire. They know you will be a customer for life with these free services.
