Rattle in the driver side dash and no it’s not the splash guard.

I have a 2024 TRD ORP i started to hear a slight rattle in the driver side area.. it sounds like it’s coming from the upper dash side. I’ve looked into all the common source of 4Runner rattles and nothingi seems to work, I’ve tried everything. Any help would be appreciated.. this rattle drives me crazy.

On my 2022 4Runner I had a rattle (almost like a buzzing) it turned out to be behind the ac vent, the “fix” was for them to put felt tape they even had to bring in a Toyota engineer to come up with that solution and of course they scratched the dash prying it apart. Another guy on Reddit had the same issue and same “fix” but he said his rattles came back with a vengeance. I had a rattle coming from my headliner as well so I ended up trading that car in. Hopefully you can find a fix im super ocd anal I can’t stand noises that shouldn’t be there

It's not when you have your AC/Heat on is it. This time of year I get so many leaves in the AC/Heater blower motor. Drives me crazy, but at least it's easy to clean them out.
