4WD FLASHING RED & Solid Gr Together

2019 Off Rd Prem 4R
I have a blinking red 4WD svc light (constantly) & when going to 4WD I get the green light indicating 4 WD locked in. Tested & 4WD is engaged. Called Toyota to set up appoint. Interesting that when switching to 4WD while stopped, green light comes on instantly & goes off just as fast when disengaged. I do remember going through MUD the day before red light came on & after research am wondering if clogged tube could be the problem or if they'd even be related. Opinions appreciated.

Check to see if your rear locker button is pushed....

If it gets pushed without the transfer case being in 4 lo, you get a flashing warning (although, I don't remember exactly what flashes)

Many thanks! That cleared it My garage door opener buttons/interior light are just above it & I must have pushed it accidentally fumbling around in my garage in the dark. It had to have been in 2H when it happened. As mentioned, both 4H& 4L both worked while red light flashed. I had no way of knowing it was locker related. Thanks, again. - Nolan

 

Back to good. No $$$ involved, it turns out.
