I have a steering wheel vibration after having 2 new tires put in my 2020 4 runner . Took it back to tire place had them balance all 4 tires and they put one new in the front and one old one on the back . It’s still vibrating just not as bad but still experiencing vibration in the ride and steering . Any clues why ? It also does it at different speeds as well .

I'm not sure if serious or not.

New tires put on and now it vibrates. I mean small kind obvious what the cause is.

And they put one one the front and one on the back? What kind of hack shop is this.

What tire brand did you go with? Was the vibration occurring before the new tires? Did you get a Road Force balance?

Get it road force balanced. The number should be in early teens and not over 20. If over 20, ask them to change the tire.

Sounds like you need to go to another tire place to rebalance?

Change the steering rack, needle bearing, most of the front end steering components, hell shocks, brake pads, and more. Check/search all "shimmy" posts on this site.
