    Quite easy. This is the right front end cap and you can see the two tabs that hold it in place. Use a flat edge tool (screwdriver with tape I’ve the end or a panel tool) and just use it to get in there and pry out. Once you do it pops right off. These are mine if still got sitting around.

    FYI-- looks like the black caps I've seen on past year models (and above in this thread) were painted. I just saw a 2019 off road at the dealer yesterday and the black end caps were unpainted and made out of that black textured plastic (similar to typical body/bumper trim).

    Keep this in mind if ordering new.

    The ones that came off my OR were not painted and it’s just plain black plastic. I think the early Trails were also plain plastic but that’s too far back for me to remember

    The ones in post #7 are painted, no?

    They don't look like the textured plastic ones I saw on the 2019 OR.

    Nope, not painted at all. They are the textured stock ones off the Off Roads trim
