Hi everyone, I've owned an '85 4Runner for over 20 years, it's been sitting for 10 years. I've just recently started renovations.
I'd like to replace brakes with 4 discs, can anyone direct me where to go and what to buy. Also want to put all new springs and shocks. I'll probably stay with 30 inch tires.
    I would appreciate any input.
    Thank you, Gary

    There are kits out there.
Try LC engineering for lots of 1st gen type of stuff. Also Marlin Crawler.
Here is a write up one of my wheeling buddies put together when he cobbled a disc set up together way back in the day.

    https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f116/rear-disc-swap-107749/index2.html

In that write up he mentions Sky Engineering and I see that they are still in business so you may want to check them out too.

Good luck and looking forward to seeing the progress.
