door lock issue

2019 SR5
Just started today...using the keyfob, unlocking doors : on a single press , two chirps but nothing unlocks. double press, 2 chirps and everything unlocks except drivers door.
On trying to lock. pressing the lock button on the fob locks everything except drivers door. and it no longer beeps like it used to.
When using the power lock button on the door , it locks/unlocks again everything except the drivers door, though I do see the manual button by the interior handle 'trying' to move. The only way to lock/unlock the drivers door is with the key or by pushing the manual button.
Never had to work on this kind of thing before...just a door actuator maybe? just not sure why the beeping logic changed too.
